Kennedy Construction Ltd is owned and operated by its two managing partners, Stephen and Sherry Kennedy who have over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. They lived in Southern California and served the area for 18 years, building in the beach communities of Marina Del Rey, Venice, Santa Monica and Malibu. They relocated to Colorado in 1992 with their two daughters, and began building mountain style and log homes ranging from 5,000 sq. ft. to over 20,000 sq. ft. These include some of the finest custom homes in River Valley Ranch and Aspen, one of which is on an 80 acre private reserve valued at $17M. Commercial projects include River Valley Ranch Golf Clubhouse and Community Center (Ranch House) with swimming pools and tennis courts.

Stephen has an uncompromising drive for quality workmanship and has the ability to listen and understand his clients' wishes and dreams. The fact that he only takes on a few projects a year, enables him to put his full energy into each and every job, and to be on-site supervising construction every day. We don't measure our success by the quantity of projects we do, but by the quality and the level of customer satisfaction for each one that we complete.

Sherry's background in accounting, marketing, and computers, enables her to skillfully supervise the financial and administrative side of Kennedy Construction Ltd., leaving Stephen's time available for his clients. She understands the need for precise accounting practices and accurate job costing.

Kennedy Construction Ltd is proud of our many years of experience working as part of a team with Architects, and has a very strong working relationship with many here in the Roaring Fork Valley.

We have done very little advertising over the years, as our business has primarily been built by word-of-mouth, from our many satisfied clients.

From the beginning of his construction career, Steve has built his reputation by providing his clients with excellent service, hands-on daily control, cost efficiency and a quality final product.
